About the Role
We are seeking an experienced real estate professional to join our team in Dubai, where you will be instrumental in buying and selling residential and commercial properties. This role necessitates a passion for real estate, the ability to connect with clients, and a strong understanding of the local property market.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market to assist clients in their property inquiries.
• Manage and nurture relationships with international clients.
• Conduct effective negotiations to close deals.
• Generate new business and client acquisitions through strong communication and outreach strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and trends.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales.
• Currently based in Dubai with a solid understanding of the local property market.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
• Proven experience managing international clients and property inquiries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
