What Interview Engineers Do

• Interview: Facilitate interviews through the company's platform, ensuring a positive candidate experience while assessing essential coding skills and technical knowledge.
• Evaluate: Analyze candidate performance, including coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and approaches to coding challenges.
• Partner: Collaborate with the company to test and enhance content, processes, and products involved in the interview experience.

The Experience You Will Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral), demonstrating professionalism and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection for conducting interviews.
• Preferred experience in conducting technical interviews focused on data structures and algorithms.
