We are looking for an analytically-driven professional to support flight data monitoring and operational analytics, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency across our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing flight data via daily and trend-based assessments to derive actionable insights that enhance operational performance and minimize risk exposure.
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) processes.
- Investigating incidents and interpreting operational data to provide evidence-based recommendations for strengthening compliance and resilience.
- Supporting the preparation of analytics reports and contributing to data governance practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the value of data management and internal communication systems.
This role is critical in driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC), ultimately helping shape safer, smarter operations through the power of data and insights.
You should be degree qualified with experience in data analysis, aviation analytics, or a related operational field, alongside a strong understanding of data-driven decision making. Key qualifications include:
- Proven capability in analyzing complex datasets and identifying trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations focused on safety and operational efficiency.
- Comfort working independently, as well as collaborating effectively with stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
