Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with elite product, design, operations, and engineering teams to identify features and solutions that drive business value and enhance user experience.
- Own and ship end-to-end development of reliable, scalable, and maintainable software to safeguard user funds and ensure longevity.
- Guide features from conception through implementation, refinement, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
- Design and construct superior web experiences that captivate both customers and engineers.
- Improve mobile developer experience to reduce time-to-market for new features.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to fellow engineers.
- Contribute to shaping the engineering culture by advocating for best practices and fostering knowledge sharing.
