Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and Async/Await.
- Make technical decisions regarding frameworks, libraries, patterns, and CI/CD processes.
- Set architecture and quality standards and define best coding practices.
- Actively participate in building a best-in-class mobile application.
- Collaborate with product management and design to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Coach and develop engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Own performance benchmarking, monitoring, and optimization.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an iOS developer.
- Expert-level knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and Async/Await.
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality apps.
- Affinity for design and UX, with excellent UI implementation skills.
- Familiar with accessibility standards.
- Self-directed, analytical, highly responsible, and a team player.
Additional Capabilities:
- Computer Science degree (or similar education).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, including tools such as Azure DevOps, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with A/B testing and feature flags.
