As a tester, you will ensure that every platform component—from device ingestion to application layer—is thoroughly tested and validated. You will play a significant role in:
- Testing and validating IIoT platform features, ensuring functional coverage across all capabilities using real IoT data and workflows.
- Performing end-to-end testing of device, edge, cloud, and application layers, validating cloud components like microservices, APIs, and event pipelines.
- Validating security flows, ensuring all security and access control mechanisms function correctly.
- Executing regression, integration, and performance testing across releases, contributing to continuous quality improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and report defects accurately.
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented platform tester with:
- 10+ years of experience as an IoT platform or software test engineer.
- Advanced knowledge of IIoT concepts, strong experience with IoT platforms such as Cumulocity or ThingWorx.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and API testing tools like Postman.
- A solid understanding of authentication and security frameworks such as OAuth2 and RBAC.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
