Capgemini Engineering is seeking a seasoned IP/MPLS Network Engineer with deep expertise in designing and deploying high-performance transport networks. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in MPLS and backhauling within the KSA region and will play a critical role in architecting scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure for our Digital Squads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, integration, and deployment of IP/MPLS transport networks
- Architect solutions using protocols such as BGP, ISIS, Segment Routing, and MPLS
- Oversee backhauling implementations across various regions in KSA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network performance and scalability
- Conduct troubleshooting, performance optimization, and documentation of network architecture
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the team
Your Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in IP/MPLS network engineering
- Proven expertise in MPLS and backhauling deployments in KSA
- Strong background in IP/MPLS design and integration
- Deep understanding of routing protocols and traffic engineering
- Certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent are highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Transmission Link Technologies such as DWDM
- Familiarity with Network Security principles and tools
- Exposure to service provider environments and large-scale infrastructure projects
