IPO Senior Specialist -Temporary(Abu Dhabi)

About the Role
As an IPO Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Shareholders Services Lead Specialist by managing inquiries related to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). This temporary position is based in Abu Dhabi at the Al Bateen Building. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming calls and providing accurate information to both internal branches and stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities of the Role
Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls regarding IPO inquiries.
• Provide branches with support in answering queries regarding IPO.
• Perform data entry tasks.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
