Job Responsibilities:
- Engineering Change Execution: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Engineering Change (EC) and Process Change Notice (PCN) in the factory.
- Production Data Maintenance: Responsible for data entry, update, and verification in production systems such as TDC, MES, and SAP to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
- Label Management: Design, produce, update, and maintain product labels, ensuring compliance with local regulations and customer requirements.
- System Process Optimization: Identify operational pain points and production bottlenecks; propose optimization solutions and implement them to improve efficiency.
- New Product Introduction (NPI) Support: Complete engineering preparations to ensure new products are mass-produced as scheduled.
- Production Abnormality Resolution: Resolve production abnormalities quickly, organize root cause analysis, develop, and implement solutions to minimize production impact.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related fields.
- Familiarity with engineering change management processes.
- Proficient in operating at least one production management system (e.g., MES, SAP).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing production technology, process engineering, or production operations.
