About the Role
This position involves supporting ISG server manufacturing by preparing, validating, maintaining, and improving production test processes, test environments, test stations, and test code configuration during various stages, including New Product Introduction (NPI), pilot run, ramp-up, and mass production. The role focuses on ensuring stable test execution, analyzing test issues, and facilitating timely resolution of production test problems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate production test processes and environments.
• Maintain and improve test stations and test code configuration.
• Support NPI, pilot run, ramp-up, and mass production phases.
• Ensure stable execution of tests and analysis of test issues.
• Work on timely closure of production test problems.

Requirements

• Relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
