As an Islamic Finance Executive specializing in Auto Finance, you will be responsible for sourcing Sahel products tailored to a specified target segment. Main Responsibilities:
- Source Sahel products to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.
- Maintain good relationships with all business entities and individuals where business is sourced.
- Visit potential companies/institutions to finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on company policy and procedure.
- Ensure full awareness of product knowledge and implement them at all times.
- Deliver timely and prompt service to customers.
- Adhere to stipulated office timing, strictly follow secrecy norms, and maintain data confidentiality.
- Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications to ensure all information provided is accurate and verify the authenticity of critical documents (e.g., copies of Bank Statements, Passport copies, Salary certificates) before sending to DSPU for processing.
- Follow the approval process and escalate any delays to RSS if necessary.
- Execute Murabaha contracts with customers representing the company and prepare files as per the checklist, forwarding card allocations for issuance through coordinators within 24 hours of completing signing formalities with the customer.
- Ensure that all applications submitted are error-free and rectify any errors identified.
- Check file activation and notify the RSS in case of delay at the Card Center end.
- Maintain a good rapport with inter-department peers to ensure smooth business operations.
- Participate in activities assigned by your line manager during promotions.
- Initiate cross-selling of other banking products on a best-efforts basis.
- Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor if necessary.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:
- Broad knowledge of company's Retail Banking products and services.
- Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.
- Good understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
- General awareness of competitors in the local market.
