Key Accountabilities of the Role

Main Responsibilities
- Source New to Bank Covered Card product to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.
- Prepare & maintain the Daily Sales Report (DSR) for all visited customers and company visits.
- Establish and nurture relationships with business entities and individuals to ensure effective sourcing of business.
- Visit potential companies and institutions to finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on company policy and procedures, providing timely feedback to the relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain full awareness of product knowledge and implement this knowledge consistently.
- Deliver prompt service to customers, adhering to stipulated office timings, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a presentable appearance.
- Submit DSR to the respective Team Leader by the end of the day with complete details; non-compliance will be escalated.

Regular / Occasional Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications, ensuring all information is accurate and that critical documents (i.e., Cheques, Bank Statements, Passports, Emirates IDs, Salary Certificates) are authentic prior to sending for processing.
- Ensure all submitted applications are error-free and correct any identified errors.
- Follow the approval process and escalate any delays to the relevant personnel.
- Execute Murabaha contracts with customers, representing the company, and prepare files as per the checklist, forwarding card allocation for issuance within 24 hours of completing formalities with the customer.
- Monitor the disbursement of cards and notify the coordinator or relevant staff in case of delays at the card center.
- Maintain good relations with inter-departmental peers to ensure a smooth flow of business processes.
- Participate in activities assigned by RSS or line manager during promotional events.
- Initiate cross-selling of other banking products on a best-efforts basis, as necessary.
- Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor level immediately, if any arise.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:
- Broad knowledge of the organization's Covered Card and other Retail Banking Group (RBG) products and services.
- Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.
- Good understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and associated risks.
- General awareness of competitors in the local market.
