Key Accountabilities of the Role:
1. Main Responsibilities:
- Source Al Khair / Tadawul products to achieve or surpass assigned targets.
- Maintain positive relations with institutions and government departments.
- Meet potential customers at institutions/government departments to finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time per company policy.
- Stay fully informed on product knowledge and implement it consistently.
- Deliver prompt service to customers.
- Adhere to office timing, maintain data confidentiality, and follow secrecy norms.
2. Regular / Occasional Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications for accuracy, ensuring the authenticity of critical documents (e.g., Bank Statements, Passport copies, Salary certificates) prior to processing.
- Monitor the approval process and promptly escalate delays to the relevant parties.
- Execute Murabaha contracts with customers and ensure files are prepared according to established checklists, forwarding for disbursement within 24 hours of signing.
- Ensure submitted deals are error-free and rectify any discrepancies as necessary.
- Check file activation status and notify relevant parties of delays.
- Foster a good rapport with inter-departmental peers to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Participate in promotional activities as assigned by your manager.
- Initiate cross-selling of other banking products on a best-efforts basis.
- Escalate customer complaints to supervisory levels as needed.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for This Role:
- Broad understanding of Retail Banking products and services.
- Familiarity with service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and associated risks.
- General awareness of competitors within the local market.
