IT Administrator

The company is currently looking for an IT Administrator for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Diploma (or higher) degree in Computer Science or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience in level 2 to level 3 support.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting systems, solutions, hardware, and networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Multitasking capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding and Maintenance of users in Active Directory.
• Onboarding/Offboarding of users’ door access cards and changing the access as per the request from the manager.
• Configuration and Management of AVAYA IP phone system.
• Managing and updating Anti-Virus.
• Managing and updating Windows OS and other software.
• Managing Wireless Connectivity for users and fixing network-related issues.
• Manage Shared Folders and Data Integrity and Security.
• Renewals of Software licensing.
• Installing and supporting VPN software as per the user’s requirements.
• Management of the SCCM system for the Microsoft updates and other third-party applications updates.
• Qualys Vulnerabilities Management.
• Managing CCTV camera systems.
• Managing Veritas Backup Exec including backups and restore operations.
• Daily monitoring of the AWS servers & On Prem Hyper-V servers.
• Proper communications & follow-ups with the related government entities.
