Key Responsibilities:

  • Support IT operations and service delivery across multiple Digital Technology (DT) domains.
  • Champion IT service improvement initiatives by applying best practices and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
  • Contribute to implementing automation solutions for manual and labor-intensive DT tasks.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues related to DT services and partake in root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders on assigned initiatives and projects.

What You Will Learn: Interns will be exposed to the complete cycle of Digital Technology operations within the company Saudi Arabia. The program will encompass hands-on experience in the Helpdesk function and structured involvement in 2nd and 3rd level support activities, working closely with SMEs. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to support one of the company Saudi Arabia's business functions (such as HR, Facilities, or Finance) in analyzing a service or process for improved IT solutions.

To enhance professional development, interns will participate in weekly and monthly DT meetings and have one-on-one sessions with members of the leadership team to gain insights into leadership practices and organizational culture.

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis on IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with a GPA of 3+ out of 4 or 4+ out of 5. An official university letter is required.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and oral) for effective communication.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and independent judgment in a diverse environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and AI concepts for process improvement.
