Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Develop and align IT strategies with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks, ensuring seamless integration of digital transformation initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee complex IT projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
- Value Delivery: Establish and modernize PMO operations focused on value delivery, process improvements, and resource optimization.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, providing strategic insights and ensuring effective communication.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement systems to enhance operational efficiencies and improve customer experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all IT projects comply with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT project management.
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent certifications are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, ITIL framework, SDLC, DevOps, and systems design.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
