Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and other business stakeholders.
- Document As-Is and To-Be processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot D365 F&O Finance functionality.
- Support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Financial Dimensions, VAT, Period Closing, and Cost Accounting.
- Understand integration between Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and Production.
- Support ERP implementation, enhancements, testing, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, SOPs, and user guides.
- Coordinate with D365 F&O implementation partners and technical teams.
- Provide user training and functional support.
- Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes, controls, and system efficiency.
Essential Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong functional experience in D365 Finance.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Production.
- Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
- Strong As-Is / To-Be process mapping and business analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in furniture, joinery, cabinetry, or similar industries.
- Experience with Production Costing, Inventory Valuation, and Manufacturing Finance.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT.
- D365 F&O Finance certification is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP integrations and Power BI is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on D365 F&O Finance functional professional who can effectively bridge the gap between business requirements, Finance processes, and IT solutions while working closely with the IT Applications Manager and business stakeholders.
