General Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and validate proposed solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of business case documents, including cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide management support to project teams, ensuring project plans are created and monitored against scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
- Track project deliverables and milestones, preparing material for status reporting and supporting the adoption of project lifecycle deliverables.
- Assist in proactive identification, assessment, prioritization, and tracking of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID management).
- Implement change control processes, evaluate proposed changes' impacts, and communicate decisions to relevant project teams.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role within the IT, Digital, Energy & Utility sector.
- Proficiency with project management processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana).
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 12+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role within the IT, Digital, Energy & Utility sector.
- Proficiency in the Arabic language.
- Relevant Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile Management, or Program Management certifications.
