Work Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:
- System Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of core business applications (ERP, HRMS, and collaboration tools) while ensuring stability, security, and compliance.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business peers to identify process gaps and translate requirements into sustainable system enhancements and new developments.
- Project Leadership: Lead application-related projects from planning to deployment, managing vendor coordination and stakeholder communication to drive digitization.
- Data & Analytics: Restructure and optimize the organization’s data landscape to enable impactful reporting and analytics using tools like Power BI.
- User Support & Training: Provide first-level troubleshooting for colleagues and external partners; design and deliver training sessions and user guides.
Core Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–10 years of work experience in IT or business applications roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in system integration and data management. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and HRMS is a significant plus.
- ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or Topo Solutions is highly advantageous.
- Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English; intercultural competence is essential.
- Attributes: A self-driven, proactive working style with the ability to think holistically from a systems perspective.
What is Offered:
- Monthly basic salary on a 13-month basis, plus a one-month discretionary annual bonus.
