IT Asset Controller

We’re Hiring: IT Asset Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware & software assets
• Handle end-to-end IT purchasing (including online buys)
• Maintain accurate asset records, track movements, warranties & renewals
• Monitor license usage & ensure compliance
• Update & maintain the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance & Admin for seamless asset management
• Prepare reports & documentation for all IT assets
• Forecast requirements to maintain optimal stock levels

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in IT asset management
• Experience on any of the following tools is a must: FreshService/ServiceNow/D42
• Proficient in IT asset tools & ITSM platforms
• Familiar with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices (ITIL v3 Foundation a plus)
• Excellent organizational & documentation skills
• Proven track record in managing renewals & procurement
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
