IT Asset Management (HAM)

The position of IT Asset Management (HAM) focuses on managing IT assets with an emphasis on Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune. Candidates will engage in responsibilities such as patch management, troubleshooting operating system issues, managing application deployments, and overseeing compliance processes in a cloud environment. A working knowledge of MECM/SCCM versions 1611/1706/1806/2107 is essential, alongside experience in incident management and service request handling.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing patch updates for O365 and Windows.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, mobile devices, and co-management environments.
• Implementing cloud solutions, specifically with Intune and related technologies.
• Documenting products and processes for architecture, engineering, deployment, and testing.
• Engaging in global meetings and forums, requiring effective communication skills.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years focused on Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
• Knowledge of Intune architecture, and experience in planning, deploying, and managing hybrid enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows 10, application packaging, and PowerShell scripting.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with Microsoft Defender, Azure, and cloud technologies.
