IT Asset Management (HAM)

We are currently looking for professionals experienced in IT Asset Management with the following responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of MECM/SCCM versions 1611/1706/1806/2107 CB, DXCCAE, and SM9.
• Proven knowledge of incident management and service request handling.
• Ability to resolve issues independently.
• Technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in patch management, including O365 and Windows updates.
• Knowledge and troubleshooting of PXE and OS issues.
• Understanding of application deployment and monitoring, particularly in an Intune environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of Hybrid technology for MDM and modern management of Windows 10 devices.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 3-5 years in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
• Documentation skills in architecture and engineering product documents.
• Hands-on experience with design and implementation of Intune and related technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of compliance and conditional access policy implementations.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and application signing/provisioning.

• Understanding of network infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
