Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of MECM/SCCM versions 1611/1706/1806/2107 CB, DXCCAE, and SM9.
- Proven knowledge of incident management and service request handling.
- Ability to resolve issues independently.
- Technical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in patch management, including O365 and Windows updates.
- Knowledge and troubleshooting of PXE and OS issues.
- Understanding of application deployment and monitoring, particularly in an Intune environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Intune Modern Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Hybrid technology for MDM and modern management of Windows 10 devices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 3-5 years in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
- Documentation skills in architecture and engineering product documents.
- Hands-on experience with design and implementation of Intune and related technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of compliance and conditional access policy implementations.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and application signing/provisioning.
Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of network infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
