Key Responsibilities
- Hardware installation & maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; replace faulty components.
- Technical support: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues, install Windows and drivers, and support meeting-room equipment.
- Asset management: Maintain hardware inventory and update asset records; track warranties, repairs, procurement, and disposal.
- Documentation & reporting: Maintain maintenance records, prepare reports, update SOPs, and ensure policy compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ and ITIL Foundation.
- Expert-level, hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and end-user device hardware.
- Strong working knowledge of the Windows operating system.
- Experience administering Microsoft environments and Active Directory.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with IT Asset Management and ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
- UAE Nationals (UAEN) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Valid UAE driving license.
