About the Role
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating information technology-related equipment installations, moves, additions, changes, and system enhancements to improve reliability and performance. This includes resolving non-routine problems with hardware, software, or guest room internet access, analyzing and recommending process improvements, and maintaining an inventory of technology devices. You will also oversee PBX/telephone switchboard systems and associated hardware, ensuring that computer and telephone rooms are secured and restricted to authorized personnel only.

Responsibilities
- Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance; protect company assets and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Ensure employee compliance with company standards, policies, and external regulations; serve as a role model or mentor within the department.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members; support the team to achieve common goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify and recommend new ways to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
- Read and visually verify information; inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Enter and locate information using computers and/or Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None.
