As an IT Assistant, you will be part of the company Tribe and play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences across our award-winning lifestyle destinations. Your outgoing and approachable nature will enable you to seamlessly connect with other team members and key stakeholders.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Salary: AED 1,200 per month

The Candidate
We are seeking a driven self-starter with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. You should possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with hotel-specific applications and property management systems like Opera and Simphony is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to team members and guests, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment.
  • Respond to support tickets and inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain computer networks, implementing security measures for data integrity.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for enhanced troubleshooting.
