Job Description

Reporting to the regional cluster technology team, the IT Associate will provide support to our operations with the execution of all IT related duties at the Firm. Key functions and job responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and administer user accounts within Active Directory
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly IT reports for compliance
  • Complete procurement procedures, and allocate to users (including cell phones)
  • Complete backups, verify backups, and manage the backup environment
  • Assist with procedures for registration and de-registration of employees
  • Act as front line support and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain updated inventory records of computer equipment and critical assets
  • Assist with LAN & Wireless network configuration, while maintaining network documentation
  • Assist in patch management strategies
  • Update IT procedures as necessary
  • Assist with Security Awareness Training sessions and track employee completion
  • Assist all staff with KPMG software and other software installation and troubleshooting
  • Assist all staff with Microsoft Suite software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerBI, Teams (O365)
  • Maintain and manage the physical and virtual environments
  • Other duties as assigned by the Partners or regional IT Team

The IT Associate is expected to have the following key skills, knowledge, and expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline from an accredited college/university
  • A minimum of two years of experience in IT, Information Security, or in a technology-related field
  • Certification in A+ at minimum; Network +
  • Must be self-motivated with strong technical knowledge, technical writing skills, leadership skills, and the ability to communicate recommendations for IT solutions to management
