IT Audit Manager - Digital Audit

The company Middle East is seeking an IT Audit Manager for its Digital Audit business unit. In this role, you will provide assurance services related to SAP systems, focusing on IT general controls (ITGC) and business process controls (BPC). You will lead engagements, collaborate with clients, and provide expert guidance on SAP-related risks and controls. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and reporting on engagements, assessing the effectiveness of ITGC and BPC, identifying control deficiencies, and communicating findings to clients. You will also coach and mentor junior team members and stay updated on emerging trends and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engagements related to SAP ITGC and BPC, including planning and execution.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of ITGC within SAP environments.
• Evaluate business process controls within SAP applications.
• Develop and execute testing procedures for ITGC and BPC controls.
• Identify control deficiencies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate findings and collaborate with client personnel on best practices.
• Stay informed on trends and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior team members.

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, CISM, or CRISC; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT auditing, particularly with SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of SAP applications and components.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities.
