Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality assurance on audits.
- Facilitate day-to-day practice objectives.
- Communicate technical issues effectively to clients.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliverables as per engagement letters.
- Manage seamless transitions of new projects or clients.
- Plan and implement changes to processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve process issues.
- Control backlog effectively.
- Conduct detailed reviews of work quality.
Technical Skillsets Required
- Strong understanding of core business processes in Banking or Retail.
- Familiarity with technology touchpoints in processes and their relation to financial reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of General IT Controls, ERPs (SAP or Oracle), Operating Systems, Databases, and ERP Analytics.
- Basic understanding of Cyber Security, Business Continuity Management, and Emerging Technologies.
- Introductory knowledge of Data Analytics.
Education and Experience
- Must possess CISA or CISM certification.
- 1-3 years of post-qualification experience is required.
- Previous experience in IT Advisory, IT Audit Support, or Technology Risk Consulting within a Big 4 firm is preferred.
- Experience in a Financial Services institution is an added advantage.
- Prior similar roles in a regulated environment in a Big 4 are beneficial.
