We are seeking an IT Business Analyst (ITIL Expert) to translate business needs into IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions, facilitating seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves providing expert guidance on IT processes and best practices, shaping solution designs, and delivering high-quality IT services at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between business and IT by understanding customer business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable "IT language" for technical teams.
- Act as the process subject-matter expert and participate in peer/expert reviews within the relevant business and IT domain.
- Design and develop business and IT-related processes along with the necessary documentation.
- Set standards for ITSM excellence, providing expertise and leadership in solution design and best practices.
- Support the development and configuration across various ITSM areas including Incident Management, Service Catalog, Change Management, Problem Management, and more.
- Coordinate system architecture to ensure consistency throughout the concept, application development, and production lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with ITIL processes or in a Business Analyst role, preferably with hands-on experience in OpenText, ServiceNow, or similar service management solutions.
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation (or higher) certification.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
