IT-Business Analyst with Insurance Domain

We are seeking an experienced IT-Business Analyst with a strong background in the insurance domain and agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience and will be responsible for the following:

• Write User Stories and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Work on digital transformation projects, actively participating in UX/UI discussions with design teams.
• Support initiatives involving digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and wealth management systems.
• Manage projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies and act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.
• Provide insights into wealth management and digital asset trends while understanding and addressing compliance and regulatory requirements related to digital finance.
• Identify risks and challenges, propose solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery, offering support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase.
