As an IT Business and Technology Support Officer, you will play a key role in deriving data-driven insights through data analysis to support the development and implementation of business process improvements and standards within Digital Platform Services and Employee Experience (DPS & EE). Your work will align with department strategic objectives, enhancing overall performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collect, curate, and analyze business performance data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring and assessing existing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements for process improvement.
• Design and implement continuous process improvements that optimize operations and increase efficiency.
• Support project/product managers in executing processes as per agreed deliverables and SLAs.
• Analyze data and create reports and presentations with key findings across key management datasets.
• Support and promote a cost-aware culture across the department by applying FinOps practices.

Requirements

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) and 3+ years experience in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis, collecting and curating data to identify actionable insights.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g. ERP systems, PowerBI, Excel).
• Knowledge of IT cost components and potential optimization levers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
