IT Business Partner Middle East & Africa (MEA)

About the Job:
Within the Global IT HUB Organization, you will work closely with the IT HUB management team for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) and be involved in key projects, coordination, and support of critical Hub topics. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Business Partner to help drive our Global IT Hub Strategy in the MEA Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digitalization, project coordination, and expertise in supporting critical IT topics within the regional context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and collaborate with the head of IT Hub Business Engagement MEA to formulate and implement strategic plans in alignment with the overall company objectives.
• Work with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and Hub strategies.
• Manage and resolve regional issues or conflicts and gather/analyze data to provide insightful reports for decision making.
• Assist the IT Hub management team with operational excellence topics.
• Coordinate project rollouts and manage project-related tasks as required.
• Track Hub productivity measures and facilitate reporting.
• Collect and report on 'Key Projects' to support the IT Hub leadership team.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
• Strong understanding of hardware IT technologies, trends, and best practices including AI.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Structured approach to work with a high degree of independence and organizational talent, effective teamwork, and clear communication style.
• Commercial/finance business acumen is an advantage.
