We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Compliance Analyst for a key contract role in Dubai. You will be the cornerstone of our IT governance, ensuring our systems, processes, and services adhere to the highest standards of security, service management, and emerging AI governance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance & Standards Management: Ensure IT systems and processes comply with ISO 27001, ISO 20000, PCI DSS, ITIL, and evolving AI compliance requirements. Develop, document, and periodically review IT and AI policies, procedures, and governance frameworks (ISMS, ITSMS).

  • Risk & Audit Management: Conduct comprehensive IT risk assessments to identify security and service risks. Collaborate with process owners to design, implement, and monitor effective control mitigations. Lead and coordinate internal and external IT audits (ISMS, ITSMS, etc.). Manage non-compliance issues, perform root cause analysis, and oversee the timely implementation of remediation plans.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define, measure, and report on IT compliance KPIs and control effectiveness to management. Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to communicate performance and trends.

  • Training & Process Improvement: Develop and deliver training programs on information security and IT service management best practices. Foster a strong culture of compliance and ensure employee awareness of their responsibilities. Work with stakeholders to ensure IT internal controls are maintained and improved upon.

  • GRC Platform Utilization: Utilize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to automate audit tracking, risk assessments, and policy management. Support the integration of compliance processes into digital governance platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or a similar IT Compliance role, preferably with well-established companies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), ITSM tools, Power BI (or similar), and GRC platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL, PCI DSS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in audit coordination, reporting, and training.

Preferred Certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITIL Foundation, or other relevant governance/risk/compliance certifications.
