IT Consultant - Cybersecurity

As a Platinion IT Consultant, you will be part of a team that shapes the digital transformation of globally leading companies, balancing technical solutions with client-specific circumstances. Your primary responsibilities will include enabling clients to build effective cybersecurity programs aligned with their organizational goals, assessing clients’ cybersecurity posture and developing strategies to bridge gaps, defining strategic cybersecurity ambitions and designing both technical and non-technical initiatives to achieve them, innovating solutions and employing emerging technologies to address diverse cybersecurity threats, and communicating complex security concepts to stakeholders at all levels. You will also stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to inform strategic initiatives, develop risk management frameworks tailored to client needs and conduct risk assessments, and establish effective risk monitoring and implement security measures for operational technology (OT) environments.

Qualifications:

• A degree in cybersecurity, computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting.
• Strategic technology and management expertise.
• Proven track record of building cybersecurity programs for large organizations.
• Proficient in cybersecurity best practices and standards.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
• Formal qualifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CSSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI) are preferred.
