IT Consultant - Cybersecurity

About the Job:
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks an IT Consultant specializing in Cybersecurity to join the Platinion team. As part of a cohesive unit within BCG, Platinion provides consulting services that focus on the development and implementation of critical IT architecture and digital solutions. The role involves shaping the digital transformation for leading companies, enabling effective cybersecurity programs, assessing cybersecurity postures, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape digital transformation initiatives while aligning with client needs.
• Build cybersecurity programs and assess clients’ security postures.
• Define strategic cybersecurity ambitions and develop technical and non-technical initiatives.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity trends and develop risk management frameworks.
• Conduct security assessments and establish monitoring strategies for effective risk management.

Qualifications:

• Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, informatics, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting with a proven track record in cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and standards.
• Expertise in technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams in global contexts.
• Formal cybersecurity qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001) are a plus.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.
