IT Consultant Cybersecurity

As an IT Consultant at the company, you will:

• Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while balancing technical solutions with client-specific circumstances.
• Enable your clients to build effective cybersecurity programs aligned with their organizational goals.
• Assess clients’ cybersecurity posture and formulate mitigation strategies to address gaps.
• Define strategic cybersecurity objectives and design initiatives to achieve them.
• Develop innovative solutions and apply emerging technologies to combat various cybersecurity threats.
• Communicate complex security concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to inform strategic initiatives.
• Develop tailored risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies aligned with the client’s risk profiles.
• Implement and assess security measures for operational technology (OT) environments.

Qualifications:

• Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, (business) informatics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting.
• Proven experience in building cybersecurity programs for large organizations.
• Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and standards.
• Comfort in working within interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.

Formal qualifications in cybersecurity are a plus, such as:

• CISSP
• CISM
• CISA
• CSSP
• ISO 27001 LA/LI

Language Requirements:
English proficiency is assumed; additional languages may be beneficial.
