As an IT Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful digital solutions for leading global organizations. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to design innovative IT architectures, facilitate agile delivery, and develop forward-thinking digital strategies that are in line with business objectives and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the digital transformation efforts of international organizations by effectively balancing enterprise-level technical solutions with specific client needs.
- Drive transformative digital and IT initiatives through the implementation of agile methodologies and modern delivery strategies.
- Analyze client environments and business requirements to enhance customer journeys, leveraging insights from emerging technologies such as machine learning and AI.
- Design and optimize contemporary IT architectures, including enterprise solutions and sustainable digital platforms.
- Engage in projects that emphasize cyber resilience and the development of secure-by-design digital solutions.
- Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary and international teams to achieve consulting objectives.
- Clearly articulate technical and non-technical information to a variety of stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in business informatics or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in IT consulting.
- A solid grasp of modern technology principles including Agile, DevOps, AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Resilience, and Robotics.
- Strong analytical capabilities for tackling complex digital challenges.
- A proactive attitude towards learning, innovation, and contributing to team knowledge sharing.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
- Competence in simplifying complex technical topics for listeners of varied backgrounds.
- Ability to thrive in interdisciplinary teams and global work environments.
- A consulting mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and solution-driven strategies.
Additional Information:
- Preference for Arabic speakers and female candidates, although these are not strict requirements.
- Only Saudi Nationals may apply for KSA-based positions.
- Flexibility regarding work location within the UAE, Qatar, and KSA.
