Responsibilities:
- Support clients through end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs, covering CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, and Manufacturing.
- Manage projects from strategy definition, business processes, technical architecture design, partner selection, to implementation governance and quality assurance.
- Introduce best practices for minimizing customizations and maintenance costs throughout the solution implementation.
- Contribute to the enterprise solutions chapter at the company by sharing expertise and participating in relevant conferences, researching innovative technology, and authoring articles.
What You'll Bring:
- Education: An above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (strong academic performance preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 4 years in enterprise solutions transformation (CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing; SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes like Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS-OIL) and analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, presentation skills, intellectual agility, and exceptional analytical abilities.
- Language: Fluency in English (Arabic skills are a strong plus).
