In this position, you will support clients through end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs, covering CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, and Manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include defining business cases and roadmaps, overseeing implementation governance, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the transformation. You will also introduce best practices to minimize customizations and contribute to the company’s knowledge base by sharing expertise and staying updated on the latest technologies and trends.
What You'll Bring:
- Education: An above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (strong academic performance preferred).
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in driving enterprise solutions transformation programs in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and their implementation.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS-OIL), add-ons (e.g., APO/IBP), and analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills, along with a results-driven approach and analytical thinking abilities.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus.
