Join BCG Platinion’s Dubai office to address core IT challenges faced by leading global companies. In this role, you will deploy customized platforms, architectures, strategies, and organizations to unlock the digital potential of clients and drive innovation. You will be part of a unique consulting service focused on developing and implementing critical IT architecture and digital solutions.

Your responsibilities will include providing insights on IT issues, particularly related to the migration to SAP S/4HANA. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and clients on local and international projects, developing ERP and application architecture strategies that drive business value.

What You'll Bring:

• An above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/HCM/CRM/SCM projects
• General knowledge of various industry-specific solutions and analytical tools
• Team spirit, strong communication and presentation skills, and intellectual agility
• Technical knowledge of end-to-end processes in an ERP context (e.g., Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash)
• Familiarity with specific SAP industrial solutions and analytical tools
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and/or Arabic
• Strong customer and results orientation
