What You'll Do:
- Support clients through end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs, including CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, and Manufacturing.
- Assist in strategy development, business process definitions, technical reference architecture design, and implementation governance.
- Introduce best practices to minimize customizations and reduce maintenance costs.
- Share expertise by attending relevant conferences, researching new technologies, and authoring articles for the enterprise solutions chapter.
What You'll Bring:
- Education: An above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in driving enterprise solutions transformation programs (preferably with SAP S/4HANA).
- Functional Knowledge: Understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and their implementation.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (e.g., SAP IS-OIL) and analytical tools (e.g., SAP BW/BI).
- Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills; eager to learn; exceptional analytical thinking; strong client focus.
- Language: Fluency in English (Arabic skills are a strong plus).
