As part of a nimble and innovative team, you will work on technology platforms and deliver customized solutions ranging from data strategies to next-generation customer journey solutions. Your role will involve supporting clients' total digital transformation through technology, design, cybersecurity, and risk management.
What You'll Do:
- Develop groundbreaking projects enabling clients to use agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation.
- Create and deploy customized training on Agile concepts while engaging in hands-on coaching.
- Shape the digital transformation of leading companies, balancing technical solutions with specific client circumstances.
- Analyze trends like machine learning to carve paths for tailored customer journeys.
What You'll Bring:
- A degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, including experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
- Proven track record in coaching teams for large Agile programs across the organization.
- Familiarity with terms like machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics.
- Comfort in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
- Formal qualifications or certifications in agile practices (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond.
