What You'll Do:
- Develop groundbreaking projects by enabling clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches for strategic IT implementation.
- Shape the digital transformation of global companies by balancing overarching technical solutions and specific client circumstances.
- Deploy customized training on Agile concepts, values, cultures, behaviors, and practices while engaging in hands-on coaching.
What You'll Bring:
- A degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, with experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in agile software development teams.
- A proven track record of orchestrating transitions and coaching teams for large and complex Agile programs.
- Familiarity with concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics.
- Ability to work comfortably in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
- Formal qualifications in Agile or certifications such as CSM, CSPO, CSD, CSP, PSM, PSPO, PSD, or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) are highly desirable.
- Language Requirements: Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
