- Developing groundbreaking projects using agile methods and modern approaches for strategic IT implementation.
- Delivering customized training on Agile concepts, values, and behaviors, while actively coaching clients through day-to-day problem-solving in an Agile context.
- Shaping digital transformations for globally leading companies, balancing overarching technical solutions with individual client circumstances.
- Creating tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise market analysis and current trends, including machine learning.

Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, including roles as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner with agile (Client) software development teams.
- Proven track record in managing transitions and coaching teams for large and complex Agile programs.
- Familiarity with key concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics.
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
- Formal qualifications in Agile methodologies or certifications from Scrum Alliance (CSM / CSPO / CSD/CSP), Scrum.org (PSM / PSPO / PSD), or SAFe (Scaled Agilest / SPC) are highly desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond.
