As part of an entrepreneurial and innovative team, you will support clients in their total digital transformation through technology, design, cybersecurity, and risk management. BCG Platinion combines deep technical expertise with outstanding delivery capabilities to ensure tailored, future-oriented solutions that address complex challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop groundbreaking projects utilizing agile methods and strategic IT implementation.
  • Create and deploy customized Agile training, providing hands-on coaching as clients navigate day-to-day challenges.
  • Shape digital transformations while balancing technical solutions with the specific needs of clients.
  • Design tailored customer journeys based on precise analysis and current market trends, including machine learning.

What You'll Bring:

  • A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT consulting, particularly as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner delivering Agile capabilities.
  • A proven track record of facilitating transitions and coaching large Agile teams.
  • Understanding of concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics.
  • Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
  • Formal qualifications in Agile methodologies or certifications (e.g., Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, SAFe) are highly desirable.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond.
