Objective:
The IT Contract Analyst is responsible for managing contractual relationships with IT vendors and service providers. The role involves negotiating, executing, and managing IT contracts efficiently while mitigating legal and financial risks.

General Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with IT vendors, ensuring compliance with ASMO’s policies and legal requirements.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, including master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in vendor selection, conducting due diligence, and evaluating proposals.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, addressing any non-compliance issues and tracking vendor performance.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risks and resolve disputes.
  • Monitor contract-related financials and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and prepare reports for the IT Planning Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Manager to develop a quality-driven preferred supplier list.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in contract management, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Relevant certifications (CCCM, CPCM) preferred.
