The IT Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of IT-related contracts, including software licensing, SaaS, and cloud services. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, maintaining an organized contract repository, monitoring contract performance, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The role also involves negotiating contract terms with vendors, collaborating with internal stakeholders to address contractual risks, and supporting vendor performance evaluations. Proactive management of contract renewals and terminations, along with preparing reports on contract status and compliance risks, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and administer IT-related contracts. Maintain an up-to-date contract repository and monitor adherence to service agreements.

  • Negotiation & Compliance: Assist in negotiating contract terms, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage risks.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for contract inquiries, support vendor evaluations, and coordinate with Finance on payment terms and budget forecasting.

  • Renewals & Terminations: Track contract renewals and identify opportunities for cost optimization and service consolidation.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare reports on contract status and support audits with necessary documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and engagement abilities.
  • Basic understanding of contract law and risk management principles.
  • Proficiency in SAP MM/Ariba and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
