Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to employees (hardware, software, network).
- Install, configure, and maintain IT devices, systems, and applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Coordinate with regional IT teams for escalations, system updates, and project rollout.
- Monitor IT assets, ensuring inventory accuracy and lifecycle management.
- Support cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
- Ensure smooth operation of video conferencing systems and office connectivity tools.
What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, systems coordination, or helpdesk operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, basic security protocols, and device management.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service mindset, ability to work under pressure, adaptability, and teamwork orientation.
