IT Coordinator

About the Role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating daily IT support activities and prioritizing technical requests based on operational needs. You will provide first-level support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and hotel IT systems while ensuring that all equipment operates smoothly for the staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily IT support activities and prioritize technical requests based on operational needs.
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and hotel IT systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, telephones, network equipment, and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex matters to the IT Assistant Manager or approved service providers.
• Manage user accounts, system access, software installations, updates, and security patches.
• Maintain IT equipment, asset inventories, software licenses, warranties, and service records.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment is preferred.
• A passion for people, development, engagement, and hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
