As an IT Delivery Manager, you will plan and drive the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, through effective planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and exceptional value to end users and customers. Lead multiple high-visibility initiatives within a fast-paced, multi-business unit environment, applying hybrid (for package acquisition) or waterfall methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key activities such as project planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery framework setup. Play a consultative role to help implement the appropriate people, processes, and tools supporting the delivery framework and coach team members as needed.
  • Apply a hybrid project management approach that blends traditional methodologies with agile practices tailored to the complexity of each initiative. Track progress using tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Planview.
  • Lead the Integrated Programme Planning (Lean Start Up) and drive the decomposition of Roadmaps into Integrated Program/Project backlog/plans (Features).
  • Ensure quality management adherence and coordinate with the team to maintain project management tools.
  • Support the Technical Product team in managing business expectations across product backlogs and schedules, while promoting delivery governance through structured ceremonies.
  • Assist with cost estimation and maintain accurate budget adherence throughout the fiscal year.

Requirements

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organization with global teams.
  • Experience leading end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology transformation programs.
  • Strong program and project governance capability, including planning, risk management, and milestone tracking.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and experience supporting cloud-based technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies, such as SAFe, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in software delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, JIRA, Planview, Confluence).
